All Age Parade Services (St John's)

On the first Sunday of the month at 9:30am at St John's we hold the All Age Parade Service, this is an informal service with a church parade by the Rainbows, Beavers, Brownies, Cubs, Guides & Scouts.  Children's groups don't take place on these days.

Holy Communion (St John's)

The service is a more formal Common Worship-based service.  Holy Communion is offered The childrens groupos meet during the service on 2nd and 4th Sundays , but not during the 11am service where there is no provision for children.  Have a look at the Youth & Children section of the webiste for more details about the different groups and what they get up to.

Holy Communion (St Luke's)

The 10:30am Service held on the 1st, 3rd and 5th Sundays is an informal celebration of Holy Communion, with hyms and songs, an all-age introduction with special provision for children agre 3-11 years.

Morning Worship (St John's & St Luke's)

An informal worship service with special provision for children age 3-11 years.  If you are a family with young children and one of the children becomes restless, don’t be concerned, we are used to having babies and small children in the church and  there are books available at the back of church – ask a welcome team member where they are. We would however recommend our Crèche which is available during the service, where you can go along with your child until you feel able to leave them.  Please see the Parent Section under Youth and children for details of our child protection policy.

Kingdom Come! (St John's)

This informal gathering is held at 6pm on the 1st Sunday of every month. There is great contemporary worship, teaching (usually on some aspect of how we can work for the coming of God's kingdom, as Jesus asked us to pray for this) and usually the opportunity for prayer ministry in response to the teaching.

Informal Communion (St John's)

A quite said service with an address.

Still Waters (St Luke's)

A contemplative service held on the 2nd & 4th Tuesdays at 7:30pm

Songs of Praise (St John's Church Hall)

Held quarterly on the last  Saturday afternoon of the month  in the Church Hall.  A service with the needs of older people in mind, with well known hymns and a high tea.  Transport is available for those who need it.  Please contact Linda Williams on 522828 for further information.

Home Communion

If you are unable  to come to church for even a brief time, Communion can be brought to you.  Please contact the Church Office (mornings) on 565129.
