St Luke’s Christmas Fair 3rd December 11am-1pm



This year’s traditional St Luke’s Christmas Fair to be held at our church building in Franklin Square will have many stalls with meals and refreshments appealing to everybody.  The Jewellery stall choices are rings and necklaces along with other gifts, and the Toystall will always be a favourite with the children.  The Bookstall will have a good selection of fiction and non-fiction books along with CD’s, and the Bric-a-Brac stall will have many miscellaneous bargains on offer.  The Cakes and Buns stall run by the Brownies and Rainbows will be well stocked, and the Traidcraft stall will have Fair Trade items to sell such as Christmas cards, along with tea, coffee and chocolate.  The Raffle stall will have many good quality prizes to be won with   the winning tickets being drawn at 12.45pm, with the Tombola stall giving people a chance to win instant prizes with winning ticket numbers ending either with a ‘0’ or a ‘5’.  Light lunches and Refreshments are always a firm favourite with choices of food including quiches, salads etc and sweets together with tea, coffee and cold drinks.  This year’s Christmas Fair opens at 11.00am and finishes at 1.00pm with admission prices for adults at 50p each and no charge for accompanied children.  So make a note now in your diaries to come along and enjoy yourselves at this lovely Christmas event!
